Gwalior-Orchha-Khajurao-Bandhavgarh-Jabalpur Tour
Day.01 Gwalior :-
Arrive at the Gwalior airport in the afternoon. Your chauffeur will pick you up at the airportand the representative willcheck you into the Hotel. In the evening, stroll through the local bazars like Patankar and Sarafa Bazar and while you’re on the exploration of the local bazaars stop by at DilliParathe Wala at Sarafa Bazaar, Agrawal PuriBhandar at NayiSadak and ShankerlalHalwai’s legendary ladoos , which had a loyal patron in former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Day.02 Gwalior – Orchha (120km /3 hour drive) :-
Afterbreakfastembark on a half day enthralling sightseeing tour of the city of Gwalior whose jewel in the crown is the majestic Gwalior Fort, constructed about 1000 years ago. Spread over an area of 3 square km, the fort is surrounded by walls of sandstone and encloses beautifully ornate six palaces, three temples, and numerous water tanks. After a magical time here, head to lunch.
After lunch leave for Orchha which is approximately 3 hours away.

Day.03 Orchha – Khajuraho (172km/4 hour drive) :-
After breakfast go on a guided tour of Orchha which was founded in the 16th century by the Bundela Rajput chieftain, Rudra Pratap, who chose this stretch of land along the Betwa River as an ideal site for his capital. Of the succeeding rulers, the most notable was Raja Bir Singh Ju Deo who built the exquisite Jehangir Mahal, a tiered palace crowned by graceful chhatris. Visit Orchha’s fort complex, the entrance of which is a multi-arched bridge has three impressive palaces placed in an open quadrangle. Continue to one of the most famous temples in Orchha, the Ram Raja temple. This palace -turned – temple is the only one of its kind, where Ram is worshipped as a king. The Laxminarayan temple sports an interesting fusion of fort and temple architecture. The interiors contain the most exquisite of Orchha’s wall paintings. There are 14 cenotaphs or chhatris to the rulers of Orchha, across the Kanchana Ghat of the Betwa River. A visual treat for the visitor!

Day.04 Khajuraho :-
A full day Temple Tour of Khajuraho and in the evening, the stunning Light and Sound Show)
After breakfast, we go sightseeing to the wonderful temples of Khajuraho. The erotic temples of Khajuraho are world renowned showcasingsensuality in architecture that is unmatched anywhere else. Visit also the western and the eastern group of temples in Khajuraho.
The Western Group of temples constitute some of the finest examples of Chandela art at its peak. The largest is the Kandhariya Mahadev dedicated to Lord Shiva, followed by a granite temple – Chaunsath Yogini. The Chitragupta Temple is dedicated to the Sun God, while the Vishwanath Temple sports a three-headed image of Brahma – the Creator of the Universe. The Lakshmana Temple is superbly decorated, while the Devi Jagdambi Temple is dedicated to Goddess Kali. Other temples in the Western Group include the Varaha Temple with a nine-foot-high boar-incarnation of Lord Vishnu, the Matangeshwara Temple with an eight-foot-high lingam, and the Brahma Temple.
The Eastern Group of temples comprise of two historic Jain temples – the Adinath Temple lavishly embellished with sculpted figures, and the Parsvanath Temple, the largest Jain temple, sculpted with charming detail. There are other shrines such as the Vamana Temple with apsaras in sensuous poses, and the Javari Temple that has a richly-carved doorway.

Day.03 After Breakfast Proceed To Guwahati :-
Visit Mata Kamakya Temple To Offer Your Prayers. Also Visit Balaji Temple,Umananda Temple Later Drop Airport Catch Flights To bagdogra Drive to Darjeeling Overnight.
Day.04 Darjeeling –Sightseeing :-
Early morning at around 4:00 AM drive to Tiger Hill 25 Kilometers away, to view Sunrise over Khanchendzonga Peak (subject to clear weather) – On the way back visit Ghoom Monastery &Batasia Loop.
Day.05 Khajuraho-Bandhavgarh (260 km /6 hour drive) :-
After breakfast check out and leave for Bandhavgarh which is around six hours away. On arrivalcheck into your hotel. In the evening we head out on a walking tour of the nearby tribal village to get a feel of tribal life.

Day.06 Bandhavgarh :-
Today we enjoy both a morning and evening Jungle Gypsy Safari in the Banghavgarh National Park in hopes of a glimpse of the elusive tiger.

Day.07 Bandhavgarh-Jabalpur (188 km /4 hour drive) :-
After an early breakfast we drive to Jabalpur. We straight away drive to Bhedaghat and go on a boat ride to see the famous marble rocks. Later get dropped off at the Jabalpur airport in time to board the flight back to home.
